ISO Class 7 Clean Room for Class II Medical Devices
For the assembly, packaging, and labeling of Class II medical devices, AMS Micromedical maintains a 144 square foot ISO Class 7 Clean Room compliant to ISO 14644. HEPA filters maintain a clean air environment with the following particle concentrations:
- 352,000 particles/m3 at 0.5 µm
- 83,000 particles/m3 at 1.0 µm
- 2,930 particles/m3 at 5.0 µm
Microbiological testing is performed and re-certified annually by a third-party.

Exceptional end results in our precision white room
AMS Micromedical maintains a positive-pressure, filtered-air, climate-controlled white room separate from our production area. Final cleaning and packaging of all non-sterile, Class I medical device components occurs in this tightly controlled environment.
